The Time Writer DAO:

Every NFT represents a member of the DAO (TIMELESS NFTs & DAY NFTs ).

Each NFT is worth one vote in the DAO, and will be used to vote in the Creation of Time & Continuation of Time

Treasury

The goal of the treasury is the growth and development of the Time Writer ecosystem in the future. These could be any kind of projects to enhance the Time Writer experience, or to support other creatives.

• The treasury will be frozen until the community is mature (see: Governance Lock)
• Once unlocked, the DAO will vote on projects to fund. E.g
  • Indie Writers
  • Book Releases
  • Development to build tools (e.g. mobile app for the story)
  • Fund an ending of Game of Thrones, that doesn’t suck

How is the treasury funded?

1. Through the NFT Sale
2. Through a portion of every winning bid from the Continuation of Time
3. If an NFT is sold on Secondary Markets, a % is coming back to the DAOs treasury

Governance lock

To ensure that the community will grow to a healthy, and engaged self governing structure, we will lock the treasury until the community has reached a point of maturity where sibyl attacks are no longer possible. This determination will be made by the founders. The founders do not have anything to gain in this scenario
